I love your content guys. You should consider putting together a month long workout routine styled program for foot exercises. Would be greatly beneficial to have some sort of outline on how to incorporate all these videos into a foot routine

Thank you for this. 2 years ago I hurt my big toe (likely from turf toe) and it has not been the same since. I do wrestling/BJJ and big toe mobility is important. Your videos (not just this one) have been helping me recover!

Thank you for making this! I feel like you heard my question when I asked for a few hallux limitus questions. I have limitus, but it feels like most of my pain is in between my big toe and middle toe. I think my doc said that a tendon or nerve is getting stuck or running on a bone spur. I can bend my toe up, but it hurts to push off when I walk, so I need to have rocker soled shoes with stiffer toes to help me have a good gait without pain. Sucks!

Your videos are so helpful! Could you please do one on feet that cramp when trying to point the toes? I’m guessing too many years in shoes with toe spring have created my inability to point/curl my toes downward when my legs are straight out in front of me. Thank you!
