► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 5 Thoracic Mobility Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, followed by a 20 second transition between moves)
✔️Repeat All 5 Exercises x1 Set, No Repeats
NOTE: I'll cue this in the video, but it's so important to ACTIVELY keep your body from tensing up as you hold each stretch. Focus on breathing into each stretching exercise, and think about "releasing" the tension in each muscle group to avoid clenching up.

I just want to say I have been doing your strong in twenty program on RU-vid the past few weeks and it has made such a difference for me. I already can feel muscle development. I don’t go to gyms and struggled to do at home workouts from lack of motivation, but when I saw that I thought….maybe an hour is too much, but I know I can do 20 min. And I have been doing the 20 min workouts about 3x a week and they burn! I also really appreciate the positivity and knowledge you have, so many fitness influencers I follow place too much emphasis on just building a big butt (which who doesn’t want good glutes) but I love how balanced your workouts are because I feel more strong and empowered vs working out to only be sexy. You’re a gift to the internet, truly.

I love adding your short mobility videos after my strength training. It feels so good! Can you make one for lower back and also neck? Maybe neck is silly, but I carry so much tension in mine that it always feels stiff and tight, and I’m sure I can do more for it than the stretches I currently use.
