You're awesome❤ It's giving me a lot of motivation everyday that I watch and do them, but I'm not that much good at all, like today that I couldn't put my weight on my belly to switch the plank and generally I can't fix my breath sometimes and these make me so sad, But I'll keep going and not gonna give up
Hello Sarah Beth, I love your yoga workout, I've been following you since 2020. ❤ I am going through several body issues, especially in my arms and shoulders, that disable me to excercise as before. Is there a way to modify planks? Thank you. Namaste
You can modify down onto your forarms but if it's your shoulders then learning how to do the tabletop position on your back pilates style would help you the most. From there you can work on alternating tapping your toes to the ground, or straightening your legs, to challenge your core. It's subtle and hard!
