Don't sweat it! You can catch up at your own pace. Remember that 5 minutes of yoga a day is better than one hour a week. You're doing great!

Thanks, Sara Beth, for easing us into an exercise routine and starting out at a truly beginner level. I feel better everyday and not too sore which motivates me for the next day. I’m looking forward to where I will be in 30, 60, 90 days from now and how it will change my life!

You're awesome❤ It's giving me a lot of motivation everyday that I watch and do them, but I'm not that much good at all, like today that I couldn't put my weight on my belly to switch the plank and generally I can't fix my breath sometimes and these make me so sad, But I'll keep going and not gonna give up

Hello Sarah Beth, I love your yoga workout, I've been following you since 2020. ❤ I am going through several body issues, especially in my arms and shoulders, that disable me to excercise as before. Is there a way to modify planks? Thank you. Namaste

You can modify down onto your forarms but if it's your shoulders then learning how to do the tabletop position on your back pilates style would help you the most. From there you can work on alternating tapping your toes to the ground, or straightening your legs, to challenge your core. It's subtle and hard!

You can modify with spider hands or hands on fists or grab dumbbells to ease off your wrists
