I did this one at the airport this morning in front of the gate while waiting for my flight. I looked a bit crazy but well worth it to start my day right 😅

I couldn’t do all of this today as I fell yesterday outside & am a little bruised today.. but the universe is always with you if you trust it.. I was wondering how I would my daily yoga… and look- a Sarah Beth standing yoga! It’s helped me just focus on something else at the end of a very cold 🥶 day! Thank you 🙏🏽 for always being there ❤

Ive been doing this same one for a week now. Its almost impossible for me to get down on the floor but Im getting there. I add a few downward dogs at the end for building strength in my arms and to stretch my hips. Its my hips that give me trouble. When Im done I feel so much better. It is working. Your instructions are clear especially with the breathing. I feel my posture improving each day and more mobility in my reach with my arms. Just amazing. Ty.

This was a great stretch and flow that felt good after an early morning walk 🧘🏾‍♀only thing I added at the end was a couple rounds of sunflower to get that back even more. Thank you 🥰 Namaste 💜

I have a knee issue that I’m working on, so I find the lower body and balance challenging, but I’m keeping at it and seeing some small progress. I’ve probably improved more than I give myself credit for. Thank you sb. Practice makes progress.

I wrote this poem, following the Standing practice: Tree Written by Nix Darkness is strong trees stand still candle a steady flame breath is noticed want does not exist need is here muscles are lengthened focus is the focus with gratitude I am placed where I am I hold nothing but the moment as the trees stand still ⭐

Why is it that I struggle with balance during lunges and warrior poses? And how can I hold my position for longer without feeling wobbly and out of balance?

A lot of the standing twists are a bit uncomfortable in my lower back. Not sure what that's about.

Your body is likely trying to tell you something, but remember that discomfort is ok, but pain isn't! You may need to work on deeper core strengthening to support your back in twists
