They are building my file with all past warning letters and how can i fight suspension they gave me 3 days and now 5 days

Speaking in general terms, an employee should protest any negative feedback from their employer respectfully and in writing (email) to create a record from their point of view. In Canada, a person can't stop their employer from firing them. But if they are fired, they are owed full severance pay - as much as 24 months' pay - likely even if they had past warnings about their conduct.
