Quick question: Instead of ox bile, how would something such as another natural emulsifier work such as sunflower lecithin for example in helping to emulsify fats. Would this be similar or am I going off the bandwagon here😅 thank you! P.S- no gallbladder🙏🏻
Thanks Dylan, I have not heard any good reports about something like this. But again, I'd rather see someone help their bile flow naturally and allow the body work the way it's intended to work instead of having to use an ox bile every meal. Unless a person has lost their gallbladder. Then, they're going to want to use the ox bile.

Hello. Soon I need to do a blood test with a nutritionist under a microscope and some other tests. He said the findings would show what the production of Hcl is and what the microbiome is like and whether I have a food intolerance. I don't know what to expect, but I feel like everything's been messed up in my system by stress. What do you think of this test? And will the esofaghus heal itself when we cure Gerd?
If they are doing live blood analysis, it can give some insights, but it's not diagnostic. But our free digestion course teaches how to use HCL correctly and how to figure out if you might need help in that area or not. And we do hear stories from students who have had doctors tell them that their esophagus has improved once they stopped the reflux.
May I add if you eat one meal a day be sure it is fatty red meat grass fed if possible. Nutrient rich and the fat will unlock your gall and bile. I eat until full...

Dr. I am just 16 . I feel bloated after eating fatty foods especially bulletoroof coffee made out of ghee and coconut oil and i fart frequently. Will it be a symptom of low bile. Does eating healthy fats frequently helps to increase the bile production? Dr pls reply how can i fix it?

@@KickItNaturally after drinking bullet proof coffee I drink cilantro seed water ( cilantro seed water, cumin seed, home grown raw turmeric, ginger, lemon and soaked chia seeds)these are the ingredients I add to cilantro seed water. Is it ok to drink this? I feel very good and no bloating issue.....
I fasted 4 days while on Keto diet and it clogged my bile ducts ! Because super sensitive to fat. I did beet flow and improved my bile flow as I got off keto ! I went back on keto for 3 months and just decided to go to Dennys for my birthday 🎂 breaking my keto diet cold turkey and never looking back! Went take out food crazy ! Chinese food , pizza donuts. 🍩 pies. 🥧 cakes , fried chicken, burgers and fries 🍟 basically a teenagers diet ! All day everyday! Within a month I was badly congested! Pressure on upper right side of abdomen! Acid reflux! Even urinary issues! I would get the squirts just by looking 👀 at fatty foods! Started beet flow once again doing the flushes and this time even adding the coffee suppositories ‘“didn’t use coffee first time” but 4 bottles of beet flow , 8 suppositories and weeks later , only 20% improvement! Think I may have thickened the bile from very deep with in the liver causing major stagnation! Feeling a little lost here ! 😕
Yeah, sonds like you've taken some good steps, but going off the rails may have set you up to need to be more aggressive now. @@KickItNaturally thank you for your advice! I have watched the recommended video, I don’t see anything in there that stands out towards me ! I eat healthy, veggies , 🥗 low fodmop, at least 15 -20 grams of healthy fat with meals! Coconut oil, olive oil, a little bacon here and there! chicken and drink water only ! No soda sugar or cool aid No pharmaceuticals -0 ! No stress! I do take hcl and other liver detox herbs like Indian echinacea and chanca piedra ! Also take 500 mg ox bile 1 hour after meals!
I haven't really seen evidence to back that up, but if a person was having a sensitivity to almonds and that was stressing the body, I guess it could in a roundabout way.

It can in a roundabout way for SOME people. But when I'm helping clients fix constipation, I always put a little bit of effort in improving bile flow just to make sure it's moving, but I'm usually more interested in fixing the acid side of digestion and an anabolic imbalance if they are dealing with one.
