Although i'd recommend pushing meta brawlers. in solos the main goal is always to not be a target. if you have a very threatning super like tara super, they won't let you team. try to be a few hits away from a super

This video is really helpful. I don't really push in Showdown nor do i acctually push high either but when the time comes this will be useful at least with just regular Showdown matches. I just remembered the times i pushed some brawlers to r25 like Ash, Buzz or 8-bit. Good times!

I've been pushing all my brawlers that are good enough in showdown to rank 25 and even surge, max, brock, el primo and shelly are rank 26. Because of all the trophies I've gained from that push I'm now at 34k trophies and I'm only 100 away from 35k as I write this.
