Skyrim has plenty of good quests, so today I take a look at 5 more of them. Check out my social pages! TWITTER: / thecantinach FACEBOOK: thecantinach...
Malborn: "Give me what you can't live without, and I'll make sure to get it into the Embassy." Me: *gives Malborn everything I own, including 27 cheese wheels and enough dragon bones to build a fort*
I'm hoping to just find a way to murder everyone and everything straight up instead of bothering with a disguise In my current playthrough. Who needs a disguise when you got legendary daedric armor and a legendary daedric great sword + Lv3 elemental fury (70% additional attack speed on greatsword oh my!)
I LOVE that you have a tendency to "stumble across" the daedric quests in Skyrim, whereas in Oblivion you need to actively pursue them at their shrines. It gives it a sense of, "Wow I didn't expect this!" instead of, "Well it's a daedric princes quest. I expect this to be weird."
Samsid Like... In oblivion you go to the daedric shrines and offer them items to do their quests. Whereas in skyrim the daedric princes almost seek you out. For example, in Oblivion Namira's quest starts when you visit her shrine and are "ugly" enough. But in skyrim you first have to go investigate the hall of the dead, then you stumble across Eola and it turns out the bodies are being eaten by Namira worshipers. You dont even realize its a daedric quest until later. You get me?
@@Shyru I am going to assume you are just dumb, judging by the overall grammar in your texts, especially when it seems as though you are of American descent.
I love the impact the final descent guest has on all the npcs cuz you could literally save the world from alduin and all you get is a quip from a guard every now and then but at raven rock everyone’s like yay 😃 thanks for opening the mine you’re our savior 🙌
I personally like the Frostflow Lighthouse quest. It's somewhat horrifying and not all that easy, but in the end you get to do something good by fulfilling a dead man's last wish and you also get a neat and useful perk out of it!
Oh the Night To Remember quest...I think I have a fanfic of that lying around somewhere XD. Just imagine poor Dibella looking down from her spot in Aetherius going 'Really Sanguine!?'
Since I'm very early, I assume you're going to see this: you have very quickly become my favorite TES youtuber. Your content is fun and informative, and I can't wait for your channel to grow and improve. Please never stop making these
My favorite quest is fighting Alduin, and then finding a clone of Alduin stuck from the Time Wound in present time. xD HE WAS JUST STUCK THERE!!! Ahhh, glitches and bugs are my favorite part of Skyrim! XD
When my main character entered Sovngarde, Alduin was there, sitting on the ground right behind the first lost soul, and waited patiently for our conversation to be over before devouring the poor sod. Say what you want about the World Eater, but he's a true gentlema... gentledovah?
I personally love the one were you kill the real emperor is that hail sithis? Coz i love killing all the crew of the boat the jumping if the end and swimming of in to the sunset
Another cool thing about the Thalmor Embassy quest: If you wear the Thalmor disguise, whatever race you are determines how close you can get before guards realise you aren't a Thalmor and turn hostile. High Elves can get through without being attacked full stop. Other Elves can get pretty close, but will get found out at conversation distance. Human races (Redguards, Imperials, Bretons, Nords) can avoid being detected from a distance, whereas Beast Races (Khajiits and Argonians) will get no bonus from the disguise. Thought that was a pretty cool feature.
But it doesn't make that much sense, that Khajiit don't get any bonus, I think they should get a higher bonus, than human races. They are in the Dominion after all.
A night to remember skips almost every part. I talk to the priest, the farmer then Ysolda. I’m never forced to find the hagraven or the goat. It just directs me to the castle with the portal
Daedric quests are amazing tbh, you randomly stumble upon them. Example Molag Bal, I was trying to do the Dark Brotherhood quest in Markarth but then I stumbled upon the house. Seems like a minor quest, but now you’re serving a Daedric prince.
The Final Descent reminded me a lot of the first Imperial Legion quest in Gnisis. You have to ask the Widow Vabdas about her plot of land and she tells you that she believes her husband was killed by the Legion. The conspiracy is similar.
Oh, so you did put in Diplomatic Immunity in this one. Again, it's one of my favorite quests because it's practically James Bond in an Elder Scrolls setting, with it closely resembling one of the early stages of Nightfire in it's structure. The Protagonist (Bond/Dragonborn) is ordered by the leader type (M/Delphine) to infiltrate the party of obvious bad guys (Drake/Thalmor) to investigate wrongdoing, but something goes wrong and chaos is caused behind the scenes, leading to the protagonist to escape and in addition, rescue prisoners/hostages (Agent Nightshade/Several Prisoners, including Etienne and Malborn).
TES 6 needs the quest of oblivion, the customization of morrowind, and instead of combat like skyrim, maybe a more refined combat system of the deadly reflex mod from oblivion.
Best part about Sanguine’s quest is the name. ‘A night to remember’. Good old fashioned LOTR reference. (“Gandalf, my friend, this will be a night to remember”, Bilbo says this before his party in the fellowship).
[Spoiler-ish] Another reason to get Sam's staff is that demon it summons makes light work of the holder of the skeleton key. For some reason even though he goes invisible to you, the demon can still see - and hit - him.
Probably the most effective attempt I ever made at playing no-mod Skyrim, I relied exclusively on bound weapons. Use those and you never actually have to carry a weapon and they're decently powerful. The drawback? The dope who challenges you to a wizard's duel doesn't recognize that you ARE hitting him with a spell. :P
For the last quest my speech was up a lot I guess because I just persuaded everyone to give me information on what happened to me. Since I did that I totally missed the part where I had to talk to a hagraven lol which is most unfortunate.
Sanguine's rose actually made me give up on summoning spells 😂 Why bother with dead bodies or atronachs when I can summon a fucking deadra every battle... Jeez I think that thing killed more dragons than me 😂
I think I messed up on the thalmor embassy quest... I got the letter that said the thalmor knew nothing, but from there I ended up going outside the embassy, killing every thalmor soldier, then going back into the party room, killing nearly every guest, and then going into the torture room
I’ve been watching a few videos recently and thought, this guy is a bit of a dweeb or cringe. But you’ve grown on me, and then you did a part to and made it 6 to 10 not 5 to 1 again. It’s the little things, earned that subscribe
first time i killed moira for the ring.. but in my latest play through if left moira alone.. i know its sad she is sitting there waiting for her beloved.
do you remember that quest where you had to talk to that guy then you had to talk to that other guy and you went to dungeon kill draugrs and then you talked to that other guy
