That's my issue too. It's just the 2 of us. That sometimes makes it hard to cook! By Friday you end up with loads of leftovers (and I loathe food waste) or you must eat one until its finished and that isn't always enough. To add to it, my bf comes home for the day at 2:30 pm and eats a full meal. I MUST specify if something is leftover for dinner tonight or it's good as gone. He doesn't even think about it. So sometimes I am like, there was dinner in here, where'd it go? 🙄 Then there is no dinner or one of us gets a sandwich! Throws the whole night off lol. Like last night, I grabbed about an 8 pc fried chicken 🍗 at the store. He wanted to eat just chicken ! I said no , then there is none for tomorrow. So I made 2 bags of loaded mashed pot, 1 can green beans, and 1 can creamed corn. A full meal with leftovers!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 It's actually quite maddening for me! (As I'm sure you can tell 😆)

I,m going to the Piggley Wiggley and getting the ingredients this morning. We haven,t had pasta in awhile. Sittin on the back porch eating grits,and bacon,and eggs. Biscuits with butter.
