Wow. A fashion editor wearing a badly cut black suit jacket with a white dress shirt and a shiny black silk tie and light blue jeans. We have begun the downwards spiral.
03:22 Models do not continuously touch the clothes because we, the clients, cannot see how the clothes fall, hang, fit, and move. If someone's always touching the clothing, or sitting in it, then there is something wrong with that item of clothing. No Sale.
The ones he is wearing look like cheaper knockoff Common Projects. Almost exactly the same shape. Chelsea boots in general look a bit too feminine for my taste, but the Common projects ones are sort of an exception. They look slightly more square and rugged which makes all the difference.
The first guy’s style - I’ll be honest since nobody pays me - can’t believe he’s a fashion editor, over-confident and below standard style = worst combo.
A video only featuring white editors at the most problematic establishment publication. That’s not triggering to whatever audience you still have at allll GQ :) you really need a new cool EIC here.
Half of this is fashionably agreeable, the other, not so much. Tie and blazer with light blue jeans make you look like a lazy dad on his way to a middle school play.
80 for a white shirt? I can get a fitted Gold Label no wrinkle french collar for 30. Also thank god, someone else wears a black trucker denim jacket. Its just America man
*Guy #1: Never, NEVER wear your everyday-casual pair of jeans with the UPPER PART OF A SUIT!!!!* *You're styling two different things THAT DON'T MATCH!!!!* *You can wear a dark coloured pair of jeans instead or JUST the suit's trouser.*
