They’re all amazing, so much more fun to watch when routines do not basically consist of the same skills over and over like in WAG on floor atm. But the Goshima looks too dangerous for the knees in my book

I know a couch potato when I see one 👀 her skill was never even meant to be completely laid out. She piked it even in early training lol. You can’t look at 2003 gymnastics with 2020 eyes (by eyes I mean springy floor, technology in training and athlete handling advances). Only a troll would throw shade at any gymnastics legend. Respect her contributions and move on.

@@Matt-su5fy this^^^ yes her layout position was weak, but if she wanted to perform it overextended like a DLO, Daiane is one of the only gymnasts I know of that had such IMMENSE height on her tumbles, and probably could’ve achieved it if she trained the skill that way. She was and will always be a legend. First Black gymnast AND first South American gymnast to win a world title, 2 eponymous skills which are some of the hardest in WAG and a smile that was so infectious it can’t be forgotten. They can stay mad, we know her true power😉

So funny to me that the Tamayo is so rare but TWO of USA’s 2012 MAG team competed it at some point, both Jake Dalton and Danell Leyva!

Yeah, little weird that they had it in the routine. Such an awkward skill to do. Looks so cool but sadly it's not worth doing in competition :/

As a power tumbler back in the 7s I executed a straddle side 1-3/2 TO A Dive roll without the aid of spring floor..I could've had this first skill ..I tried it on a spring board
