Simple Syrup
I usually make rich simple which is 2 parts sugar to 1 part water. If a recipe calls for straight simple (1 part sugar to 1 part water) I will sub in my 2:1 rich but use a little less.

Mine is 2 parts Demerara sugar to 1 part water

Passion Fruit Syrup
I used Real today, but you can make it with equal parts passion fruit puree to a 2:1 simple syrup
Honey Syrup
2 parts honey to 1 part water
