@@magnetarkhan to be honest i have no idea. i definitely am doing something wrong. prob a mix of grip issues, terrible form, and insanely weak lower body strength compared to my trex arms with giga triceps

@@LaVideNoir418 365 Bench, Squat IDK i havent maxed it but I do 225 for 3 sets of 20-25, Deadlift im struggling at 275. Weight 280. All in LBS sorry

Do you feel any pain while you deadlift? What time in a week and in a workout do you deadlift? I do big compounds first in a workout, and whatever I focus at the time I do first in a week, (I usually take weekends completely off, so I'm very fresh on Monday). So on a back day I'd deadlift first, on leg day I'd squat first, etc.

I bought the program just to see what was in it, it's pretty annoying to use. He forgot to mention it uses a .numbers file that's a pain in the ass to open on Windows. Why he couldn't just have a separate sheet for 1rms, I do not know. Maybe he only expects to sell a few so it wasn't worth the work.
