No not that simple. 1. it's not automatic (and you can chose to pay tax in HK even if you do business outside HK), you have to ask for the exemption and answer questions. 2. It depends what you call "outside" if you have any suppliers, employees, partners, directors, clients, contract signed in HK. It can be refused by IRD.

Great Video, i live in HK for three year and want to do my own hospitality buisness. I am on a sponsored visa. is there no way to create a buisness and sponsor yourself or I will need to apply for entrepreneur visa?
You will need an entrepreneur's visa. Unless you marry a PR 😂 or you keep your job and your boss is ok to let you run a side business. However, it's borderline as can be shareholder in a company but you are not supposed to work for another company if you are sponsored.
