Maine 2saal se sugar bnd kar di hai. Chai me bhut gud powdar ya without sweet fiki chai leti hu. Or ghr ka bna hua hi khati hu. So I am vry happy and healthy🎉🎉❤❤

not necessarily. excess carbohydrates gets converted into sugar. Indians are heavy into carbo heavy diets as well. Even jaggery contains sugar. Unless of course you get your blood tested regularly.

Maine 5 saal no sugar for 7 days challenge liya tha kisi dietician ka . Main kisi ko FB par follow karti hu unka. Aur ab 5 sal se zyada ho gaye hai maine sugar ko bilkul chhod diya .

You are right Saurabhji. I m Alka aged 54 yes and follow your yoga everyday without missing a single day. It's amazing. I m now addicted to yoga. But my first addiction sugar. I m unable to quit my habit of eating sweet dishes after every meal. Please help.

Good morning. Very educational video. Thank you, Saurabh for the amazing yoga sessions and videos. I never did yoga but once I joined the free program, I have been doing it every day. I have replaced sodas with water. I still eat sweets, but less.
