Hey Girl! This is a bit difficult to answer simply bc I don’t always do the same routine or the same styles with the same products anymore. Check out my “hair care regimen” video from a few years ago. I had a more normal routine back then.

I either put it in 1 big braid, a ponytail or a claw clip. Sometimes I use a tie head band around my edges.

Also, you did not condition your hair in the shower correct? Only used a leave in conditioner for this video?

I only applied it to the bottom half because I didn’t have enough for my whole head 😅 & no I didn’t condition in the shower because the olaplex no. 3 acted as my conditioner.

Since I workout there is no way I could go 3 weeks without washing it. The roots become super curly

@@JayHayesSame and I’m so happy I don’t. So many naturals complain about that. I do my man’s wash and go and if he sweats a little at the gym his roots are a full on fro at the roots and curls a couple of inches down from the root which isn’t much because of the shrinkage. But my hair can look fine.
