Hi, I always love your minimalist n tastefully decorated unit. I love your colour scheme, white. I love the space that u left it unfurnished. Similarly, in my previous 5 room flat in woodlands, I my living room n other rooms r so minimalist n guests dropped by would comment that I have just moved in? Anyway, always create space in our residence n white theme is calm, so whenever we return home from a hard day’s work, feel so calm n comfortable after stepping into our house. That’s my thoughts. Lin try this for your Blanco. Just clean it with dish soap and let it dry. Then apply baby oil all over the sink using paper towel. It will look brand new again. Try it let me know. Btw you found a new place yet? Oops I didn't watch until the end haha
Try to use lower temperature for dryer or dedicate mode to prevent shrinkage. Don’t full loaded washer or try keep 80% load. Hang bra and silky clothes. Otherwise they will deform or wrinkle after used dryer. I got scolded many time 😂

You could use seconds smart heater switch which pretty much works with all high powered appliances. I leave it on. But you can work with a schedule. I use seconds smart infrared remote to control the aircon mostly
Can share more why you regret building the feature wall? I want to set up a home theatre systems (3.1) but I dont have any idea how to hide those cables if I dont build the tv wall.
After a while, I wish to switch the tv to another side of the house but can’t do it. These days you don’t need a fixed tv point. Just need power and wi-fi. So I wish I didn’t fixed the tv wall there. Just my own preference! I’m still considering if I should do it for new place. It’s costly
