A fail and a reclaim. 2022 I found the first shiny Miltank which was my first 5% find in this area. She sadly fled after 5 balls but I knew I would reclaim her one day. Despite it being a tough catch, because of Hoenn's universal 15% to flee for all Pokemon, Miltank is only a 1/3 to catch which really isn't that bad. Hoenn Safari is easy mode compared to Kanto's Chansey, Kangaskhan and Tauros.
I mentioned this is in the video but this was a hunt I was somewhat dreading. Miltank can be repel tricked to 100% but it's painfully slow so to box the 5% off my living dex is a very big boost. Seriously happy with this find and it has given me a massive motivational boost to continue getting some of the Gen 3 rares in the Safari Zone over the next few years.
