Shoulder workout that will put you on your butt. Throw this into your routine in once per week for a minimum of 12 weeks straight. Master the movements rather then flirting with new exercises each week without seeing real progress.
Technique is SO key in truly getting those results.I train at a gym designed for a 55 plus community and I see the same mistakes over and over.Bros goin WAY too heavy.Only able to do a few reps.Then the few ladies that I even see there?Go super fast machine to machine basically going through the motions.The quality of each rep really does decide those results.🙌🏻🔥

Can you do the same thing for the back? Isolate back exercises with dumb bills. You could do at home, especially for the lads. I am a older gentleman so I can do pull up anymore...🏋♂️🙏💯👍
I’ve started to just RU-vid “Ashton Hall _____workout” whenever I go to the gym. I just fill in the blank for what I want to hit that day. Four or five exercises, done.
when i work my shoulders, i almost always feel pain in my lats (specifically push ups and shoulder press). any tips on why this happens or how to target my shoulders more pls ??
