What BS. 6 to $800 for an air conditioning condenser is Ludacris for most vehicles. I can buy one at an auto parts store for $212 for my Cadillac Escalade.

He is talking about "suggested retail" pricing or shop prices. Suggested retail is usually 35% -ish higher than what it is in the parts store. It is a mark up for shops to make $ off the part. The shop is kinda like a drop shipper. They buy it for 1 price then mark it up for resale.
