2 low carb tortilla
8 oz ground turkey
1/2 onion
Pickles
Burger sauce: 2 tbsp light Mayo, 2 tbsp no sugar ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, pickle juice to taste, Cajun seasoning to taste)
2 low cal cheese sticks
Add burger sauce on tortilla and top with cooked ground turkey, onion and pickles. Add cheese stick to the center and roll up. Spray with oil and airfry on 380 for 3-4 minutes per side.

33gm spinach artichoke dip
22gm light mozzarella
3 gm Parmesan
Tyson’s Blackened chicken about 1 strip, chopped
Spread artichoke dip onto pita and top with cheese and meat (and red pepper flakes if you like it spicy) Spray with cooking spray to help cheese melt. Air fry on 370 5-6 minutes

1 small chicken filet
1 egg beaten with 1-2 tbsp of water to make egg wash
12 gm extra crispy shake and bake
17gm pimiento cheese
6gm honey
Dip chicken into egg wash and then shake and bake. Air fry on 400 for 10-12 minutes. Toast bun and top with chicken, pimiento cheese and honey. Add pickles jalapeño if it suits your fancy.
If you want to make your own fries I like to cut a potato into fries and spray with avocado oil and add a sprinkling of onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and fine sea salt. Air fry on 390 for 20 mins shaking a few times. I like to do 2 points worth which is 111gm or 3 points for 155gms
- Chicken and Carrot Fries (plus your favorite veggie)
Whatever chicken you like (homemade, blackened strips, or realgood lightly breaded)

Serves 2
12oz carrot sticks
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
1 1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp garlic powder
Sea salt to taste
Cooking spray
4 tbsp light Mayo
4 tsp sriracha (to taste)
Add carrots, corn starch, and seasoning to bowl and toss. Spray with oil spray and toss. Air fry on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While carrots are cooking mix together mayo and sriracha. Serve on the side.
