I am just doing intermittent fasting and only eating weightloss foods. As a Rastafarian woman, those foods are already incorporated in my diet so it's not difficult. But since I started intermittent fasting it's just feel so natural. And that's it. And to be honest it is the simplest way. I have not weighed myself, but I noticed my pants can fasten again and not be tight around my waist. Thank you so much for this. And here is the kicker I didn't even started working out yet. I’m a grazer. I eat small snacks and 1 or 2 meals. I see the problem with that because I barely am satisfied when I eat because I eat small spread out snacks that don’t satisfy me. I also don’t eat all low calorie things too. I ate a handful of good and plenty candies and for dinner I had udon noodles that are 250 calories and the candy is 130 I think. And I had a tv dinner that was 720 calories. And juice was 90 calories x3. I had oatmeal 120 calories. And all that I ate today was junk! I was eating mostly fresh fruit and vegetables and canned tuna and frozen vegetables and berries and canned beans for a while and lost 30 lbs from February to June. But off and on I go back to eating junk. And I am so bloated today! I know when I ate good I didn’t have to count calories. I going to make a shopping list in the morning and tonight I get some inspiration for healthy meals online. And I go buy healthy stuff and get rid of the junk. I going to go through my food tomorrow morning. And eat like I did in February-August. I lost 4 lbs this week but after today and last night I am worried. If I ate healthy I won’t feel worried or ashamed. I am seeing a nutritionist on the 13th. I worked out or walked almost every day this past month. I think I am making progress. But I can do better.
Adrian, I eat those weight loss foods 80% of the time but I also count calories and work out. I've noticed that for the last month or so I'm still at the same weight. Should I cut back on working out so much? !? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
For rule number 3, I been drinking tons of water with cucumbers in it, is it okay to skip eating a raw fruit or vegetable with the water. Also, wondering what you think.. I seen a video saying NOT to drink water after meals for at least an hour because it dilutes the stomachache acid making it harder for the the food to get digested. Is that irrelevant for someone who isn't eating heavy foods like pasta and tons of rice?
Angelina Canales it;s not okay if you want to lose weight w/o counting calories or you can just drink v8 instead. as far as weight loss goals it does not matter when you drink water
Thanks, I will try to add a raw fruit or vegetable with my water before meals. Just adding water, especially the correct amount has proven a significant change In my body. A year ago I was addicted to soda and now I go for water all day.
What about people with apple shapes? I carry mot of my weight in my abdomen. What is the best diet approach for this body type and exercise routine. I am a lazy exerciser and wont do anything extreme in the beginning. I also chocolate and sweets like crazy. Please help!
There exist two types of tummy fat: subcutaneous and visceral fat. The visceral one, which is shown to bring about many health issues is more difficult to get rid of. Mainstream diets and exercises which target fat under the skin (subcutaneous fat) aren't going to help those who have visceral type.

regarding IF, can i change the schedule daily once i keep the fasting hours the same? for example yesterday i stopped eating at 7 but today I'm stopping at 3:30 because i have to eat early tmr morning due to my schedule

For instance, take a pear, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on it, and bake it the way you would baked apple. because pear is so sweet already, you will love it.
