In the men style side of RU-vid, you can find lots of guys with visually interesting content and a great amount of knowledge on male clothing and its heritage. However, in most cases, their styling options are not what an everyday western male would wear and look socially compatible. HSS offers really down-to-earth, modest and extremely tasteful ideas that every gentleman can easily adopt and appear as the best dressed and most stylish person in the room, full of confidence, without looking eccentric and over the top. If I could ever hire a RU-vid style guru as my personal stylist, that would undoubtedly be Brian Sacawa. Your videos sir are addictive!

Yes, the fashion content is back (not that i didnt enjoy your last videos!). In case you are open for fan wishes: I would like to see some inspiration for combinations that have a certain nonchalance, but not necessary sprezzatura. Just as if I had only few minutes to grab whatever I could find close by before heading out. Thats why I loved the monochromatic look and the last one. cheers!

I agree 100%. If you are into style and giving style advice, why would you have a subscription stylist pick out your outfits for you. This was a good video to show how stitchfix can help those in the "style cloud' dilemma (my wife loves stichfix), but it's nice to create a look you enjoy on your own and hunting for the deals is best.

Thanks for the video on fits towards the casual/smart casual side where I find myself going pretty well most days. Although its been so humid the past week settling around 30C here on East coast of Canada, so the shorts have been on a roll lol. Love olive as a trouser colour, my olive trousers are great for the FW, but my pastel fatigue ones get more use in the SS seasons. So versatile of a colour!

I’d have to say the first outfit is by far my favourite. I’ve been spending lot of my summer time on the boat so far and have been looking for ways to step of my nautical game! Also really enjoyed the blue zip up sweater, definitely the hero piece and will be checking out the website for it. I too, stepped out of the comfort zone and got a pair of olive pants this year... still struggling to make an outfit around it so I’m excited to see what you come up with in the future! He Spoke Style I enjoy dark colors for summer a lot. I like to combine a linen navy v-neck blouse with navy cotton pants with wide legs or black linen pants, white leather slippers and a linen or silk big square scarf (in ivory, dark grey or khaki brown).

I love these videos and the outfit ideas. My only gripe with these suggestions and ones like them in magazines, is that in the Summer, I can't wear any of these ideas. I'd be sweating like crazy in under 10 minutes. Unless you are by the ocean, there just isn't enough of a breeze or temperature break at sundown to make this comfortable, no matter the fabric choice -- unless you go from AC to car with AC to destination with AC.
