This some great information Damn I really gotta step out my comfort zone I literally hate talking I feel like I’m gonna say something stupid great video I’m definitely subscribing 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks you for this I’m about to leave my job I’m a engineer working on a fishing boat that money is golden here but I’m only home for like 20 days out the year now me and the wife are about to leave and start our journey as a box truck driver
I watched all these box truck videos and didn’t make a dime in my boxtruck. I sold my truck and went back to work at a regular job. This whole business is nothing but a big headache
You and your husband are awesome! Good information I am about to get my box truck in a few months! Truth is at any age you can help people stay motivated in life!!! I am trying start career at 53 years young and I plan on getting my CDL to ! But your videos are great !!!
Bellhop is a scam also. They want to be listed as an additional (insured) on your policy. No one should be insured on your policy except the carrier. They can be listed as (certificate holder) meaning only notified of updates and insurance status but not On your Policy. Be careful
I totally appreciate this info.. I needed this I’m up at 5:08am thinking of ways to invest & you just gave me what I needed. I owned a coffeeshop here in Rolling Fork,Ms lost everything now i’m trying to rebuild & invest in something thatll put me in a position to win 🙏🏾 Thank you so much God Bless

You can get a badge How do I get a permanent badge? o For a permanent badge you need to send an email to the following address: rlb-badge-support@amazon.com o And provide the following information: First and Last name DOB Last 4 of SSN Personal Email Address Name of site driver is headed to, not just city, exact name of site (HOU1 or LBB5, what is the name?)
Hi Christie I just decided to watch this because I usually watch your home tour but this was very informative great video. Have a wonderful day peace 👸🏾
Hi I hope you’re both doing well! I was wondering if you guys offer any mentorship? Or do you recommend any mentors? My husband and I want to start our own box truck company and would like some guidance.
I really appreciate you guys alot love the video. I'm thinking about downloaded some of the apps you suggested can you do a video on Go Share or you possibly using the app.
We haven't personally used the app so I wouldn't be able to speak to it from experience or show you the app. Search RU-vid, there are others who have used it
I have been watching you and Walter for some time. I am not big on commenting. But today I decided to. for me this is one of the best videos you have put out here. Thank You. I have one truck and it is difficult out here in Florida . But we do run amazon.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. We appreciate your support. Florida is tough as far as work coming out but locally the money is there. Get uncomfortable. Knock on doors and sell yourself and watch big things happen!
Sweetheart, I do appreciate your posting this but I am going to tell all of you the gods honest truth. The rates that are being offered (since January of this year) are downright criminal. I will NOT haul a damn thing for less than $2 a mile (that vow is etched in granite and the size of Mt. Rushmore). Today is May 2nd, 2023 and I have hauled a total of eight loads the entire year. I have been in the box truck business for three years and I knew from day one I had best to save EVERY dime I could because days like this were sure to come. Well folks, they have arrived with a vengeance. I have seen loads posted on DAT that have been there for four of five days because no one will accept them at the rate being offered. If I do not see a rate with the load or just an email address to contact the broker I dont bother inquiring because that is a red flag the load aint paying squat. Imagine having a tractor and trailer and picking up a load in the midwest going to Long Island, NY. You have to pay PA Turnpike tolls, NJ Turnpike tolls and then NYC bridge tolls. NYC along is $200 in and $200 out and it's a 1k mile trip from Quincy, Il to NYC. The load paid $2100. The fuel alone ate up over half the load and once the tolls get factored in you practically delivered that load for free. Too many of the box truck and tractor loads are paying just above $1 and some change per mile. Amazon''s rate always have been and still are paying no more than the cost of your fuel. I have not nor will not haul for them. I have enough saved and will simply ride out the storm before I'll haul freight for free.
I drove the 26ft box truck for Men's warehouse for 17 years locally in/ out of town. Once the company merged into a different direction and layed off all of the drivers and switch over to e-commerce 😓 I simply apply my years of knowledge to my journey purchased my first cargo van (ford e250 2017 ) and starting going warehouse to warehouse.. it started off slow in the beginning thank god for uber back then which kept me a float .. then I purchased a High top ford transit 250 which I found so much work locally off different apps , word of mouth from personal customers .fast forward I just purchased a 16 ft box trucks 🚚 which I will be getting with you'll soon on d.o.t # and mc # it seem like alot things change since I was driving them so I will set up a consultation with you and unc..I also built my own business credit up along the way from the bottom..apologize for being so long winded but you guy inspire me everytime I watch your video's...
You gotta inform your viewers the difference in (intrastate) loads and (interstate) loads. We stay away from Intrastate because Insurers are not responsible to pay if Brokers decide not to pay a carrier. This is Very Important. No claim against 84 Bond or 85 Trust on Intrastate loads. Just don’t do it unless it’s Amazon. They do pay, but Brokers won’t pay or will pay when they want to. You’ll be waiting more than 30 days.
Thanks for your suggestion. We talk about the difference between intra and interstate in a lot of videos so they should be well informed. We have not had that experience with intra state loads. We factor them just like any other load unless paid directly and have not had to wait 30 days. Sorry for your experience but we cant speak on that as we have not seen that to be true for us.
Honestly I don't see the need for having that info on the business card, but as a rule of thumb, know your measurements so you can be ready to speak to them anytime.
My dispatcher booked a net 30 load and I have a factoring company so it knocked me out the game but I will be reinstating my authority after I build capital
Great information we have been self employed since 2019 my company has reached 2 years now. We run local loads now not OTR anymore. Been looking for a construction company I can team up with and do some big contracts that come across my email. I have my certifications for WOSB, MBE, DBE.... DBE sends great opportunities across but I have no construction equipment so traming up with someone would be great.
