Your advice is encouraging, detailed and enlightening. 🌸 Trying out your tips slowly step by step after 4 days, I start lifting off the ground easily and balancing on my arms!!! Can't believe it! Will continue to practice to build up the pose 💪🏿 Thx so much 🙏🏼🤗

This is fantastic! I lost my crow pose after not being able to bear weight on my hands for a couple of years. I couldn't do it at all until this. It's like I had a block. Thank you!

Yho I struggle with this pose so much ninani 😭 but this is really helping. I feel like I need to learn how to shift weight from my legs. Yho.

Of all the numerous videos about this pose out there I have watched and attempted, this video is the best of them all ! Best video to recommend to anyone looking to learn the Bakasana !!

OMG!! I was frustrated on how to the crow. I saw a lot videos but this is the only one that says lift your feet together, not one by one as that what I was doing. And I did it! My shocked face even caught in camera haha! Thanks a lot!

@@nandininagaraj3286 see if you can increase the cross-over of the lower leg ontop of the upper arm .. and then squeeze the legs inwards... keep everything pressing against each other - legs and arms xxx

try adjusting the position on the leg onto the arm.. when you get it right there will be pressure but no hurting x

The instructions are good but Bakasana is the crane pose, Kakasana is the crow pose , Kak is Sanskrit for Crow and Bak is Sanskrit for Crane

Thank you! I really loved your video, I have a question though, I was barely able to do this pose and the next day I noticed the bruises, anyone else got the back of the arms bruised where you rested the knees?

Hey Janice, happy to hear you enjoyed the vid. its very unusual to get bruising from just laying one body part on top of another but some people do bruise very easily.. such as yourself, you must be a very delicate flower :) it should feel quite comfortable in the arms as you transfer the weight... if not maybe try slightly repositioning the cross over of the lower leg to back of the arms until it feels 'right' the good news is the bruising wont last and the body will build up some resilience in that area. I used to get bruising on my hip bones every time i did urdhva dhanurasana but with a few adjustment in how i placed the foundation and perseverance the bruising went away let me know how it goes

@@Tribeyogaschool another thing! You are so right about folding the knees and lifting BOTH feet together, I might have bruised watching the other videos telling to lift one foot at time, the bruise is on my right arm, I was trying lifting the right foot first until I saw your video ☺️ thank you 🙏!

With the action in the shoulders and the placement of the hands yes but handstand is very different in so many ways ... a whole different story. We hesitate to do a handstand vid or even any more asana videos cos there are so so so many out there. Browse around and watch different ones. Take in what works for you and then practice practice practice. Xxx

true... the full bakasana is with arms straight. in video i think i said its a variation of bakasana ! so you can call it kakasana if it makes you happy :) its most common for téachers to say bakasana
