@@makeda.andrews I am so grateful RU-vid suggested one of your videos a few months ago. Over the last few months of transitioning into a leadership position within my department at work, your content has helped me so much with understanding the changes I had to make within myself before even diving into lead a team. 7 months in I am leading a group of 12 in the states as well as leading 2 off shore BPO's.
