Live 19 does look better than last year game. Why can't live fans enjoy their basketball game and 2k fans enjoy 2k. I have both games. Play the game that you enjoy. Both games are only going to get better with competition. Madden has none. And we see what EA is doing with that franchise. Nothing at all!!!
people need to stop acting like every player model on 2K looks like the real athlete when every model on no game looks like real athlete just the main athletes
Fix the defense in the paint Fix the 3 sec Fix the op dunks Fix the online game speed Fix ripping bigs just because they touch the ball Fix reach in fouls (call them) Need more post moves Chill with the 3's ( too easy ) Fix the steals when posting up Make fatigue actually matter And I'm good to go
I think it looks a lot better, and I loved Live 18. I'll probably get it regardless, but if it's $40 at launch again this year I'll definitely buy it. I just can't fuck with 2k anymore man, I'm tired of the gameplay and I can't support the whole microtransaction model that they seem to be leaning towards. It's Live 19 or nothing for me this year.
Might move to nba live, the graphics in live 19 is amazing and the movements and animations is much much more better than live 18 but u know lets see what 2k19 will look like
Looks a bit better but one thing live can never get right is the footwork of players. I swear sometimes it looks like their tap dancing or something lmao
One thing Live struggles at is having a basic standing and walking animation. If you pause or watch how the players stand and walk, it’s so unnatural and flat out impossible. Let me ask y’all, when you stand straight up are your knees sticking boldly out in front of you?
I don't even play sport games but I have to respect what the dev's have done with live over the year's if the the live community keep it up with the feed back for the dev'seach year I believe the live franchise will give 2k a run for their money. Again I'm not a sports gamer I mainly play shooter's and racing games but live is always stepping in the right direction each game they make which is a good thing. Always good to have competition
is the shooting still sluggish? I hate the slow shooting. I Dont like how in 18, i could start shooting a 3 while a defender is in the paint, but they get to me and contest by the time i finally start the shot.
when you do the new dribble moves, like dribbling through the defender's legs, do you have to have a running start from far away ? in the Kyrie vid you posted, u had a running start when doing them. can you do the new moves while already infront of the D or from a hesitation ?
This game still looks old to me. Like it should've came out in 2014. When body contact is made it still looks weird how the dribbler stumbles. it looks unnatural and its the same exact stumble animation every time.
I own live 18 and the game was trash. It just wasn't sim basketball. I paid $10 for the game and wanted $5 back. It's a arcade basketball game. And that's facts
I hope everyone knows the clunkyness Comes from EA Sports Cloth physics Simulation; they have great weight ratios, opposed to NBA 2k's which is Exaggerated, and loose for the effect...nothing to do with the Models. If you compare NBA Live to real life... you wouldn't see a problem at all.
Imma need a NBA Live 19 “5 things that it does better than 2k19” to really be able to relate. I’m hoping to give live a chance this year and I might not buy 2k if it’s Ass. Although, if live got a good my league mode then my money is theirs
Ben Fajardo yeh i only play 2k becuase of myleague (even though it's full of glitches). Live has way better presentation ans better animations than 2k. Only thing 2k has over like is how the players look. But 2k dosen't get the players right either, i might get live.

Play live not looking for 2k or try to compare it then I bet you enjoy the game the 1st thing someone says playing live is "man on 2k they be like or on 2k they dont do that"
Either y’all are blind or just gassing this game. I mean I understand 2k needs competition but this isn’t the competition. It looks and moves from what I see exactly as the last previous years. This will be another $5 game a few months after release.
Ylt Sen gotta start watching more b-ball man. The mid range is a lost art not saying its gone but most players don't use it. The Rockets shot less mid ranges as a team than DeRozan did by himself.
