There are 5 things that I wish I knew as a new real estate agent. Thinking back on everything I know now, this is the advice I would tell myself if I was still a new agent. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2014 and I've learned so much about the real estate business. I spent so much time working on things that I shouldn't have. Now looking back, this is the advice I would have told my younger newbie agent self.

I've spent over 70000 bucks on coaching programs...they are no help...The only thing that helped is cheap tutorials, working with people for free and coming up with my OWN systems...and the latter has been the most effective...the only person whose never failed me is me
