The most important thing in the beginning is to feast, especially on fatty meats. The saturated fat keeps you full and helps fight cravings.

I’ve been mostly Carnivore for about 6 years, due to type 2 diabetes. It’s helped me tremendously. I’m in Barrie Ontario so nice to hear a Canadian out abroad !!
