Excellent question 🖤☕

Great question! Keep it refrigerated no higher than 40 degrees Fahrenheit and no lower than 37 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything lower than that gets into cold and “almost freezing” territory! Thanks for watching 💕

@@AsiaCoffee I have heard that it is safe to freeze the cakes once they are finished, is that true?

Yes, you can freeze a completely decorated fondant cake! HOWEVER, the process for thawing it properly is tedious and you’ll most certainly encounter condensation during the process. When this happens, it’s very important not to touch the fondant and just allow the water droplets to evaporate on their own. Depending on the humidity where you live, this could take up to 2 hours.

@@AsiaCoffee oh good! And yes, from what I've heard, the thawing process is extremely tedious haha. It has to be moved from the freezer to the fridge 48 hours before you intend to use the cake. Leave it in the fridge for 24 hours, move to the counter for 2 hours then back to the fridge and its ready. 😵
