Thank you for all of the advice & life changing hacks to work smarter not harder. As a homeschooling mom to my 3 young boys. I am always looking for safe ways to save time without compromising quality. *As we know time is money! I’m in the very beginning stages of hopefully creating a business myself. I have to say that you are 100% a part of that inspiration. Thank you for your dedication to this channel & helping newbies like myself to believe in themselves. I wish only the very best for you, your husband, & your new baby boy. Much luv & God Bless to you all. Susie😊
NICE! thank you for these tips! I just started my business and this really helped, I know a little bit of pictures and lighting but I was struggling with my pictures for some reason so thank you so much for sharing this information! :)
Thank you!!! I would love to have someone helping with mock-up and editing because it’s difficult Can you share under what speciality in fiver did you find your mockup creator?
For me, better/natural lighting has been the game changer as well. Also, learning in general the principles of photography. Understanding different aspects of the camera and such help. I watched a lot of YT videos to learn. Lightroom is a great editing tool and you don’t need a lot experience with it. It’s a lot of slider bars and you can always undo.
My product photos need A LOT of help so thank you for this! Replica is a bit above my price level at the moment, but maybe some 12 x 12 tiles/samples from Home Depot will help. I currently have a (cheap) light box from Amazon and I'm not really happy with it. On to better photos!
Thank you for the tips! I absolutely love replica surfaces but holy wow they are very expensive. I usually go the craft store or home store and get either tiles and make a background or paper. But I'm trying out a new idea I had and I think its working great!
Erica, I recently tried to get a website but I am very poor on photography and I find this podcast very interesting. I must come and stay with you for a bit, to help with the house and the baby in other to learn. Lol 😆. Thank you for your help. God bless you ❤
Good intro video that will definitely help others. I have been into photography for much longer than candles and you have some pretty good suggestions without going too "over the top". The best part about this video though, is that the camera/lens and the equipment do not play a large role in improving the photography. Yeah, it will help, but there are workarounds that you showed. I miss Photoshop because I had a way to do those mock-ups using macros and text fields.
Yours are great. I’ll admit this isn’t the part I’m looking forward to, because I’m a perfectionist when it comes to pictures. I’ve got the Replica boards though!
Is using Fiver expensive? I’ve been playing around with different ideas , I love taking my own pictures, definitely love the learning process of photography but having a photo made into mockup seems like it would be so time saving lol. Thank you for sharing this video, once again very informative and helpful!
Hi Erica! I hope you can help me. I made my first waxmelts and my daughter tested them for me. She put 2 in her electric wax warmer and on day 2 they hardened back to hard wax with the warmer still on. Now I’m afraid to sell them. What did I do wrong?
