I have watched many of your defense techniques, thinking that what I was learning probably wouldn’t help me much since I was 70 & in a wheelchair. . One day I was about to be attacked by a 26 year young man who prided himself by beating up on young & old people alike. . He started talking shit to me so I stayed calm & said let’s not fight son. Instantly he started beating on my face & I guarded my mouth to protect my teeth & let him hit me 6 times in my eyes & nose. Then I gave him the surprise of his life as I came up out of my chair, delivering a rams head uppercut. I broke his jaw in 3 places & he lost 5 teeth. The crowd watching, had high class citizens in it 😂 I was transported to the hospital & the young thug had the police come on him 🥴

Thank you for this one, guys. It explains why several years ago when I was getting acquainted with a neighbor, he commented that the position of my body and how I was standing suggested to him that I was preparing for a fight, when I had no such intention. Perhaps I was unconsciously picking up on his own defensive energy and projecting it back at him. Who knows. Anyway, now I understand where he was coming from!
