Ohhhh I'm so exhausted as you know! I could sleep for days. Drinking water is a really good tip because coffee is dehydrating indeed. I never drink water when I wake up, always coffee or tea but I'm trying to quit coffee haha. I should definitely exercise more, but because I'm so busy and tired it's the thing I skip 😅 I think that's the tip I'll implement the next few weeks! Great video Jennifer
