[2. Move Your Body] Your body can influence your mind. When you feel stuck or overwhelmed, get moving. It can be as simple as going for a walk, stretching, or doing something active to shift your focus away from negative thoughts.
[3. Cold Showers] A cold shower might sound challenging, but it shocks your system and brings you into the present moment. It’s a great way to clear your head and boost your mood.
[4. Practice Reflection (Tadabbur)]
Pause and reflect on Allah’s creation and the wisdom of life’s trials. Tadabbur and Tafakkur can help you see the bigger picture and calm the mind.
[5. Tahajjud Prayer] Lastly, never underestimate the power of Tahajjud, the night prayer. Waking up in the stillness of the night, connecting with Allah, and asking for His mercy and support can be a transformative experience for your mental well-being.
