#1 alone was more than enough to get me thinking. I have slowly become someone I don’t necessarily like and I would love to change that. The reflection questions really helped me think about who I am and who I want to be. Thank you for your work! It is very helpful.
Boy I hear you. Love my family very much but it seems they have my day scheduled not me. Even as a Grandma. Love this section. Thank you. It will help me achieve my goals.
I appreciate this video since I am thinking of getting a LLC and becoming my own boss. I’m still praying about it but all this information will assist- especially the books you recommended for reading. As always, you’re a blessing 🙏🏽.
Alaina, hi from Houston. I’m subscribed to your email list. When I say God put this video on my heart today. Like stop and the message. I appreciate you always. ❤
Had to save this for later. I have some volunteer work to get to but I wanted to go ahead and comment for the algorithm. I’m sure I will get a ton of useful information when I get to watch it 😀
This video is excellent! Alaina, you are such a blessing to me and to others, I’m sure. I would love to see your book list. I’m 75 years old but I still want to do better. I’m getting over a broken leg, but it’s getting much better. Hopefully, I can do these things you are talking about to better my life. Many blessings to you and your family.
I would love to see videos of your book list or even reviews of the books that help you. I'm going through an enormous life/situation change right now, this video came at just the right time.
Yes, I would love to see the books you are reading. This past year, many books I read were from your recommendations Also, I love how your reading is based on the time of day. This is a great tip! Thank you, as always.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I am still learning and gathering information about how I should plan my life. I am stepping into a new phase in my life and want to show up as my best version. I really appreciate the book section because I can start really good at the beginning of the year because I am on a “high” of the new year, new me and then fall right back into habits. I have still yet to make a goal list because I am wanting to get the best system that best help me. Again I say thank you! ❤
I’m 52, and I would say, you do it the same way you would when you’re 20. One day at a time, believe you can do it, and do the things you would do if you already were that person. And when you make a mistake, get back up and do it again. You might think you have a disadvantage, but that’s a limiting belief. A younger person might wish they had your life experience and wisdom.
Create identity-based habits. The key to building lasting habits is focusing on creating a new identity first. Your current behaviors are simply a reflection of your current identity. What you do now is a mirror image of the type of person you believe that you are (either consciously or subconsciously). To change your behavior for good, you need to start believing new things about yourself. You need to build identity-based habits.
