Thanks for the content! I usually will write an email to estate agent to ask more details about the property or make an appointment for house viewing but many of them didn't reply.. 🙄

Hi Samuel Leeds ,I am 27 I av been left a 3 bed property worth 80 k in hartlepool next to Darlington, I have a minimum wage job at 300, I have no savings, and poor credit of say 5k debt I live at my mother's for 0 costs, could u give me any specific advice at all please, or a video recommendation would be much appreciated.
I wanted to understand something, I’ve been told that for first time buyer I need 5% of the property but if or when I’ll buy a second home I’ll have to have 50%. Is this true and if so how do you do it without investors?
Great video Samuel and thank you for providing fantastic content. I find the more conversations I had with estate agents and the better I started to word the questions that I asked, I have found that they will typically give out more and more key info on the background of the property which can help. I used to talk too much on the phone but when I started to take a step back and let them talk more I found I get more value out of the conversations. Keep up the great work!
Key advice here seems to be BUILD RELATIONSHIPS - it's the key in every single dimension of life, including property investing! I recommend the same- Great vid 👏🏾👌🏾
