5 things you probably didn't know about Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat 

There are secret spawns based on kill order. For example floor 3 killing Suttung first spawns a Silver Knight, killing Hell Vanguard first spawns a Nemesis and killing banshee first spawns a Fallen choir. In this floor you should try to kill Suttung or Vanguard first because Nemesis and Silver Knight give 1 minute base time each while choir gives 20 seconds. On floor 5 killing order also determines if an Agatha, Nemesis and 2 Weeping Banshees spawn or do not spawn at all. You want to spawn as many elite enemies as you can. To get 98m+ you need to spawn all elite enemies and kill them with SSS rank, as well as no damage. Doing that is way more important than clearing waves fast.
