It like he’s vagita from DB he always find sum beef just so he can fully power up I feel like he would say the other team didn’t understand friendship so that’s why he must beat them.this man is a living anime super hero
Lololol.. Picture MF's getting suited up!! Headband and all before standing in front of that Mirror to Summon MJ from the 23rd Dimension 😬just to get 55pts dropped on their Souls.
Man that death stare was tight. Rumour has it Calipari hasn’t looked to his right ever since. If he wants to turn right he pulls a 270 and goes triple-left.
He also got Russell on his Washington team after he came back the second time, probably respected his game a lot even when he had won his 6th ring after dropping him to the floor and shooting over him.
I grew up watching Jordan and the thing that separates Jordan from all the other great players, is Jordan was always in full command and could take the game over whenever he needed to. Honestly the only reason they ever lost is because he got other players involved a lot, and sometimes the deficit was too great to overcome because he was doing the right thing and getting teammates involved. If he hogged the ball as much as say someone like Kobe he would have averaged over 100 points a game and that is not an exaggeration. He was an absolute assassin. He was unguardable and was just about as incredible on defense as he was on offense. He was never off. He could score at will whenever he wanted to. Honestly if they just put the other 4 guys on the court with him to assist with defense and let them score occasionally to keep the other team honest, he could have won most games on his own offensively. In my lifetime starting from the 70’s he is not just the greatest basketball player ever, he is the greatest to ever play any sport. I have never seen a more dominant force in their respective sport than MJ was with basketball.
is that the case? idk i was born in 01’ but wasnt michael a super* ball hog when he first got to the league, averaging crazy nimbers but couldn’t win a championship that way. Then someone (idk a coach or veteran player) told him he NEEDS to involve and trust his teammates, then as he did that, in the 90s thats when the bulls went crazy.??? i could be wrong and probably am, but thats my learning and understanding, from watching videos like this. But i agree in theory any way.. that man could win at WILL. That one crazy stat that goes MJ made sure that he would never lose 3 games in a row- which lasted 8years/seasons- after a hard loss.
You got it wrong. Michael was a ball hog putting up crazy numbers in the beginning. Bit they never won a championship. But when phil jackson came he changed michaels mindset and made him realise he needs the team. That is when michael started getting bonkers in training session being the bad guy, squeezing every last bit from his teammates to make them a championship calibre team.
@@MoNehNeh17 Not exactly. what happened was Jordan turned a below average Bulls team into a contender. But they could never get past Detroit, who had serious depth of talent, and a coach who had a plan to neutralize Jordan, which is now referred to as "Jordan Rules": whenever Jordan got the ball, he would be doubled, with a third player cutting off his passing lanes. It was essentially a triple-team. The problem wasn't that Jordan was being a ballhog, it was that the Bulls had no reliable second scoring option. Enter Scottie Pippen, and the rest is history. OP is right, btw: I've seen all kinds of great players, but no one: NO ONE, had the ability to take over a game like Jordan when the Bulls needed to find an extra gear. Only Kobe comes close, but Kobe had slumps, and Jordan... just didn't. His consistency still freaks me out. And that's not even counting his ability on defense. Isolation plays just didn't work on him.
@@jessejordache1869 that's a fact, I remember watching the bulls when he joined, they were trash! You can't be a ball hog when the whole team could barely score in the first place. He single handedly made that team better, then pippin came along in a trade and that's when it went nuts!
difference between mj and other basketball players is when mj says something, he does it. that's godly confidence and he knows his level better than anyone else. no one can do what he did, never. this ain't goat, it's god level.
Let's enjoy the game and its players, but let's not get stupid boys and girls. MJ also had many short comings which cost him many rings. Hardly godlike smh
The guy was insanely good. Oh man, as a sports fan, watching him was one of the greatest joys ever. Win or lose, whether he had a great game or not, he was such a force of nature.
Love Denzel yelling in the background 😂. Important to note that MJ was droppin 40+ and 50+ at a time when alot of the final scores were like 90-86, not 142-128 !
@@michaelgeer5595Another point that seems overlooked is that a much higher percentage of MJ's 3pt shots were late in the shot/game clock heaves compared to today's players. He attempted 1.7 3pt/game, very rarely open, almost never part of the plan. He only attempted 3 3pt/game 3 seasons (38%, 43%, 37%)... The more attempts he took beyond just last second heaves, the higher his 3pt%. Imo if Jordan played in today's game, with today's spacing and gameplanning for open looks from 3, he would attempt 5 or 6 per game and hit 39-40%... Truthfully, it's hard to say because MJ never shifted the focus of his formidable will toward distance shooting.
The 90s basketball games and teams were the game meant for MEN unlike now where there are too much restrictions....which is why no one can compare how MJ played then...especially during the hay days of Pistons' bad boys and other players like Alonzo, Malone, Barkley, etc.
His best revenge story has to be when he beat that team of Monstars to retrieve and return the stolen basketball skills of his NBA friends, it's a tale as old as time.
I honestly think it was a respect thing; MJ usually had at least some players respect to people he played against (obviously not Thomas) and seeing a coach screaming at the players and showing so little respect towards them and the people playing against them probably ticked him off simply based on a massive conflict in the ideals they held towards the people actually playing the game.
I'm a Celtics fan too & came up in the 80s. I didn't hate Mike but I hated when we played the Bulls even though we were better. He was almost beating us by himself.
I'm 59. Born in 1961, Methuen Mass...and raised in Mass. Celtics fan, ...Bird fan, ...Bobby Orr fan, ...Carl Yastrzemski fan...Tom Brady fan.....Prime Time Deion Sanders Fan!.. The Ultimate Bo Jackson Fan...... MJ Fan....BUT Michael Jordan is NOT, and I repeat not the GOAT...... Growing up we had a black and white tv, 19 inch, 3 channels is all you could get, those of you my age will remember.....THen came color television and then....Cable Television...... At the time of MJ, television became a world wide 24 hour a day spotlight for every family in the world....Had Wilt Chamberlain been in the era of Jordan, Wilt would be the Biggest and Largest event the world would have seen....and if Wilt had been on a team such as the Celtics or Lakers, with team players, he would easily have 10 or more rings........These people today 35 and younger have no idea of the magnitude that Wilt was. He was a superhuman in strength, and athletic ability.... A track star and high-jumper, power lifter and could run the basketball court all day long..........................This is not an opinion, its all factual..... Now, if this Zion kid can stay healthy, he will be the next Phenom!........................Everybody listen to me...Stay healthy, love your family and friends and enjoy your lives... May God Bless You All! now, go have a great day!
You make a solid point Jim and had Wilt played for Boston instead of LA he would definitely have won more but he was a Laker at the end & Bill was pure Boston. The home of champions. That said to the point of the argument, Wilt needed someone to give him the ball to score. Mike could, and would, get pissed off, grab his own board, call an iso after bringing it up, then dunk on you and stare you down. After he was done abusing you the sane mind said oh no I've pissed off the only guy that can do whatever he wants whenever he wants. Apologize to your teammates in the next timeout. Wilt was a phenomenal athlete no doubt, but he wasn't Mike on the court. I'm 45. Stilt preceded my memory but I'm a historian.
@@VBugg thank you for your response. I understand what you are saying, but if you can take a day or weekend and search out some of Wilts games. He was the Ultimate intimidation factor on the court! As a kid I loved basketball and my older brother and I use to watch his games on cable tv lol... Wilt could run the ball up the floor and there was no one that coul stop him.... Here is the saddest part V... I have to repeat, Jordan was at the Peak of television being watched in the home... Bird and Magic saved the NBA as its ratings were going down hill.. (Not to forget to mention-Had Doctor J been in this era with Jordan, Jordan would be number 3 or 4 right after Wilt, Doctor J) People mostly remember only what they see..... And those of us who saw Wilt, Doctor J, and the rest know who the best would be..... Do you really think Wilt would let MJ run on him? Slam on him?....lol, MJ would have been laying out cold on the floor.....V.Bugg, at our ages there was so much we got to see, so many great world athletes and plays most kids will never know..... Is MJ the greatest, it only depends on who you ask. I want to see this Kid Zion.... He needs to trim down and stay healthy.... But good Gawd he is exciting... Have a great day Sir!
That’s why Piston wasn’t on the Olympic Dream Team. MJ: If you ever try to freeze me out again you will Never be in the Olympics. Isiah was jealous of MJ.
Watching this and a couple of other MJ highlights, how can anybody doubt that he is not the GOAT...and though my hero of heroes has been Willie Mays since 1958, no professional athlete in any sport has impressed me like MJ - the flat-out GOAT of professional athletics.
Absolutely… i wasnt born until 01’ and was usually nearby when my dad watched basketball growing up so i remember evrryone shouting KOBE when shooting anything and Lebron going off to miami….but i myself got into basketball just earlier this year…. and watching MJ play- its just different, his brain is just DIFFERENT. Also he’s blessed with large hands and athleticism. I don’t think anyone can be better And anyone who disagrees , needs to rewatch the tapes and remind themselves on WHY it’s widely and nearly undisputedly believed that MJ is the GOAT.
He gotta have some Scorpio in his astrology chart to hold grudges to that degree, all players no matter when he was a bull or a wizard .. a lot of b ballers didn't learn and paid the price
Chamberlin was so good that they changed the game. Jordan was so good that he was the game! In the 80's and 90's there were people who were not basketball fans who watched Bulls games just to see Jordan dominate the other teams. He is the one true GOAT, there will never be another like Mike.
My mom hated sports until I introduced her to Jordan. After that, we never missed a game on NBC. To this day, she says the game has never been the same though she learned to like Kobe too.
Russell probably thought that MJ will never return to the NBA when he approached him in 94. Then he realized that he could not guard the GOAT even if MJ was 100 years old 😂😂😂
Dennis Jumangit no shit! I’m from Utah and I’ve thought a million times over the years, “why couldn’t you have just walked up to him and told him he was the greatest?!”
anthony mckinley & what exactly does that have to do with my comment??? After Brons career, there won’t be any documents on players or coaches saying how they knew not to piss Bron off...
Exactly Labron is a flopper like a lot of the players in this era. I don't even understand why they even compare Labron to Jordan at all. In that era was real ball players not floppers lol 😂 man what ever I would take Kobe any day over Labron the Flopper. And yes Labron do have skills but stop with all the flopping lol
@Jose Garcia iirc it came from a warm up game in reggies rookie year. RM had 10 points, MJ 2. RM said something along the lines of, "is this the great man that walks on water and....". The game finished MJ 45 points, RM 12. MJ telling him as they walked off the court, dont ever talk to black jesus like that again.
Jesus what fucking psycho ! Two years later! He still hold the grudge over a small conversation and kept that grudge to the end of his carrear. Daamn!!
@@dark3rthanshadows that’s one of things that made Jordan so good. He let other people talk trash and Jordan made them pay, no matter how long it took.
The 90s were the best time to be in. Basketball at its peak with MJ, cricket at its peak, Bodybuilding at its peak with Dorian and Ronnie, WWE at its peak with the attitude era, and music was excellent too. No social media bs and no smart phone bs.
I'd say more Dorian even though Ronnie win in 98 99. 90s BB had massive stars like Kevin Levrone, Cormier, Ray, dillet and a never ending list. Being a NYer I hated the knicks losing to the bulls and also as a Londoner I hated Man Utd with a passion. Still do to this day.

It's been said before but it's one of the truest things I've ever heard as true basketball fan, the more and more you learn about this guy the more the gap widens. He's the goat and it's not even close.
@So Cool1 Lebron already played 3 more seasons and 10000 more minutes than Jordan. Thats what you get by being swept in the finals. But his averages on scoring are worse and his PER = overall stats are worse.
Well in 1989 some Chicago reporters said the Bulls would lose to Cleveland in the playoffs So when he made The Shot he screamed :Go home motherfuckers!Go home!😂😂
That's quite off. Labradford Smith dropped 37 on them. MJ said Smith said "Nice game Mike." But it didn't happen. He dropped 36 the first half of literally the next day in the next game.
I feel blessed to be able to say I grew up watching Jordan and the Bulls at the United Center and lucky enough to go to a few NBA finals games. Its one thing to watch MJ on TV and another to see him in person. 🙂
I wonder why you don't mention Chicago Stadium, then. That's where I saw Jordan play the most. He was playing for the White Sox when the United Center opened in '94. He still played 3 years at the United Center, but it's not the place I think of when I think of that first 3 peat.
Lifelong Boston fan. Got to see Jordan play the Hawks in Atl. You would have thought the game was in Chicago, the way the place cheered for the Bulls. It was awesome to see him live...
Isaiah was not on Dream Team because not only Jordan, but Bird was also threatening to not participate if he's on. The Pistons used to really rough up on Jordan and Bird, by today's stands they are being flagrant foul-2 on every play.
Great video! No one can manifest winning in basketball like MJ! Manifesting in the moment is the true marquee of a champion. That's why many athletes can break records in practice, but during the Olympics, when faced with a great opponent, they can't repeat the performance. Champions rise to the occasion, and good players put up great stats. LeWilt Chamberlain James is a really good player with some amazing stats. Michael Jordan is a Champion first and foremost.
Hella Yeah 👌💯 MJ TAKEOVER CELEBRATION.. RAPPER BREAKS DOWN GAME 6 FINALS,, UTAH.. LAVA HOT SONG,, NEW SHATT!! HAND UP LIKE JORDAN ⛽🔥🔥🔥,,,,,,ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Pzj2dHQkjs4.html
