I chill the cake after crumb coating it but before frosting it. After spreading on the frosting I use the cake comb straight away, while the frosting is still soft

Wasila Khan the best , try chocolate ganache on top of your cake , is the best ! only 2 ingredients : cream and chocolate ( dark chocolate ) and for flavour , pure orange extract or pure almond extract ,it' s simple and delicious
