First time mama here! 👋🏼 We’re expecting our first baby next month so I’m doing all that I can to prepare. I appreciate your videos as they’ve been quite helpful with calming my nerves regarding sleep training. I’ve already found myself majorly stressing about how to do Babywise correctly and successfully (I just really want it to work out) and listening to your thoughts and advice has been very helpful and reassuring. It was a great book and honestly the only book i read when i was pregnant. This book is about a healthy balance, for my mental and emotional stability this book was essential. My son is now 8 from day one he slept 100% in his own bed in his own room, i nursed for 6 wks, and by wk 4 he was sleeping through the night. We did do the cry it out method within reason ofcoarse I wouldn’t let my baby suffer but if he cried and i picked him up and he stopped i knew it was bc he wanted to be held. I loved on him bunches but bedtime was bedtime and he learned to self soothe. He is a well rounded emotionally healthy child.

I read and love the book..I have 5 weeks old boy,I did sleep train..It took me one day and the following week he was good..but this week he wake up after every 2 hrs specially after midnight..Any recommendations?
