I just accepted my CrystalSky from the FedEx driver 48 minutes ago. I believe this will be a great controller but I will prefer the larger screen. Go DJI, keep the good products coming.

I got the Mavic 2 pro with an extra battery, sim card, and smart controller for $2199. AWESOME deal on an incredible product!!!! NO MORE PHONE OR APP ISSUES!!!

Does the Go Share send the full recorded 4 K videos over to the phone device or does it just share the 1080 P version ?

Mine turned up today! Great product, feels great in the hands - feels like a quality bit of gear... but where can I get a bag that fits it and the drone and batteries together? The other tutorial DJI video shows this girl taking it out of a carry case?

The new smart controller doesn't fit the the DJI soft case. There are several hard case now available for the new remote and several extra batteries.

@DJISupport What is SRE mode? Does Smart Controller come with Stock Android settings, like 'Magnify to Zoom''? Android-Settings>Accessibility>Magnification>Triple Tap to Magnify

Sorry for the late response. The SRE represents the maximum brightness. Also, there is no Magnify to Zoom in Smart Controller for now. If there is anything new, we'll release on our website, appreciate your support and attention.

I ordered and received the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom Smart controller. It came in OK. I watched numerous videos about unboxing and setting up of the controller. In these videos included in the controller box was USB-C cable and a charging adapter. There wasn’t a charging adapter included in my order, just the USB-C cable.

With what you said why did other You Tube videos show people getting the Smart Controller and there was a power adaptor along with the USB Cable in it. As much as these Smart Controllers cost you could include a power adaptor. Thanks for your feedback.@@DJISupportGlobal

Can you let me know how much memory the 'System' takes up please - I found that my one shows it to be 48gig, out of a possible 60gig internal memory - seems like a lot??

To expensive for me. I might go to $500 or even $549. Would prefer a price comparative to CrystalSky. Since, the Us government is currently shut down and from what I understand the Drones haven’t been approved by the FAA yet. So now would be the perfect time to make a price adjustment since none have shipped to the US. from what I’ve seen and heard on You Tube this Controller seems fantastic but to the AVERAGE American Consumer it’s out of reach, especially after paying the price we’ve paid for the drone itself. The bundle seems like a great idea for a new buyer, but sort of leaves those of us who bought the Zoom and PRO when it first came out, sort of hanging out there. Just my opinion as one of the first buyers back in August.

$650? No thanks. I'll pass. Please don't try to be the Apple of drones and gouge your customers. This is a $400 - $450 US product at best. Your marketing team needs a calibration.

@cameraflyer Agreed, I don't knpw why so many whinge about the price. A Crystalsky is $470, so you're getting the controller part for $180. The two together are much better and quicker than a CS 5.5" & M2 controller combo anyway.

The smart controller is only good in the first 3-4 years, after that DJI will not be supporting it again like what happened to my Mavic Air 2S. Regretted had choosen the smart controller as now it has become useless, no apps could work anymore.. I had to repurchase the basic controller...
