Me too. 16.. 8.. in one week I lost 6-7 lbs. I had few scotch sat Sunday. It's really working, I'm not a heavy set 60year old , but I noticed my stomach is bloating and I couldn't take it, finally I started fasting. This is a very good tutorial video. 👌 Thank you Doctor. ❤

Thanks Doc for sharing. I’ve been doing fasting since last year and I’m on the 16:8 already with some workouts 2-3 times a week and 30 mins walking in the morning. For me fasting isn’t enough to stay healthy. We need some cardio to sweat out too. Anyway, no diet just limiting the food with high sugar and cholesterol. The best thing too is drink plenty of water. I can finish more than 3liters a day

Ako 18:6. More than 1 year ko na ginagawa. 12-6 ang eating time ko,inalis ko ang white rice,kung magkanin ako minsan lang (once a week) gumagamit ako ng brown rice or black rice. Ulam lang kinakain ko,variety of food.favorite ko ang aotmeal. So far maganda naman ang resulta,hindi ako nanghihina.every six months nakaka pagdonate ako ng dugo.

Based on my experienced, reason ang una kong nilagay sa isip ko. Dahil ang reason na yan ang magbibigay sayo ng confidence at discipline. Then everyday nanonood ako ng mga videos tulad ng ganitong video to anticipate kung ano ang mangyayari. I recommend to watch all doktora’s videos, simple lang ang paliwanag nya kaya hindi mahirap intindihin. So bago simulan ang ganitong lifestyle, first know your reasons, 2nd gather the right informations ( safety). Third, gawin mo na agad wag ng ipagpabukas.

Almost in my 3 weeks of IF but I cannot see improvements yet as far as weight loss is concerned. I realized it is not really IF but more of LC for weight loss 😢 IF alone will not give me the results that I need

Very interesting so I want to do it, Question: how long I will stay in 12 12? Hard for me to do 14:8 because I work leaving home in the morning by 6am back by 5pm or a little

So far maam sa intindi ko nasa atin na ang mag adjust kasi depende sa work natin. Tulad mo okay siguro 5am or 5.30am at 5pm or 5.30pm ang kain mo. Ako 2pm to 9pm work ko kaya ginawa ko nun una 16-8 9am at 4pm ang kain ko.. ngayon 18-6 or 19-5.. in 12 days from 140lbs to 125lbs minsan pag wala work 24hours ang fasting ko😁

5 Tips in Intermittent Fasting 1. Fit it to your daily schedule 2. Align with your Circadian Rythm - Sleep-wake cycle of our body last meal is 4-6 Hours before bedtime 3. Do a clean fast. I assume na ang gatas na sinasabi mo ay skim milk (low fat). Kapag nasa low carb diet recommended ang high fat intake. Dahil fat ang kapalit ng carbs. Sa ngayon gumagamit ako ng 35% whipping cream sa coffee ko sa umaga just to extend my fasting ( not autophagy). Ang advantage ng high fat cream kahit konti lang ilagay mo mag iiba na ng kulay at lasa ang coffee. Isa pang advantage ay yong adoptation ng katawan sa fat as source of energy intead of carbs.

I can do 18:6 and 20:4 na,, I slowly avoided na rice 1cup a day nalang, Hindi na Rin Ako kumakain Ng bread, also avoid na Ako Ng mga matatamis, even my coffee Wala Ng sugar... Salamat Sayo dok... Hi doc , bago ko lang nakita video nyo ,😅 may tanong lang po ako , okay lang po ba 1 meal a day po , like gina gawa ko po is kakain ako ng 12pm to 12:30pm tapos hindi na po ako kakain pag 12:30pm na , water water nalang 😂hangang next kain ko po bukas na ng 12 pm din , hindi na po ako nag rrice 2 weeks na , cabbage po gina palit ko sa rice .. mas feel kong hindi po ako gutom, okay pa ba po to.😅 Thank you po . i have been following you at maraming salamat doc sa mga magagandang diet tips (low carbs with IF) nyo na malaking tulong lalo na sa mga tulad kong recently diagnosed as prediabetic. Medyo napa-practice ko yung mga payo nyo pero hindi palagi kaya siguro tumataas pa rin sugar ko. Kaya kailangan ko pa rin ng doctor na gagabay sakin (gaya ng nasa disclaimer nyo) as a patient na sana ay hindi against or atleast ay familiar sa keto w/ IF diet. Yung ang problema ko... pwede nyo po ba kaming bigyan ng recommendations ng mga kaibigan nyong doktor na familiar sa keto and IF? My doctor said ketone in blood is bad gaya nung nasa latest vlog nyo...

Actually, ketones is great. Ketones is good for the brain. Follow mo si Dr. Berg. You will learn so much about ketones and what it does to your body. Kung papipiliin ang katawan mo between ketones and glucose use. Your body will choose ketones. If I may suggest, mag low carb kana lang. Keto still belongs to low carb, yun lang mas very strict ang Keto when it comes sa macros. Yung tita ko shes been doing keto for 2 years and true enough nag lose sya ng 40 lbs. pero yung downside kase, if you dont do Keto carefully, it is dangerous. Like sa case ng tita eventually she stopped doing Keto dahil nag shoot up talaga ang cholesterol, sugar at bp niya. She wasnt so strict. Parang ang nangyari nag keto sya pero she is eating sweets, also mali din yung meat/fat choices niya. So ngayon naglo lowcarb na lang sya. Ako low carb talaga ako since the beginning. Natigil ko pero gusto ko bumalik ulit. Super effective talaga sya to lose weight. By doing low carb, nakakapag waterfast ako for 78 hrs. Pero ngayon na hindi ako low carb sobrang hirap mag fasting.
