about visualisation, we also thought it was useless until we once tested our 9-10 years old sons.They do a lot of driving and on a hard track we put them into the kart , closed eyes and told them to drive two laps in their mind and only gave us a signal when they cross the finish line, we then stopwatch the time. We were surprised the moves they made in the kart were the same as they would drive. But what we were more impressed was the stopwatch!!! They were only about 1 sec off their time on a 52 sec long racetrack!!!! So now we do it regulary.
Since you talked about analyzing data, it would be awesome if you could make a video about how to read the graphs and charts from the data from your mychron and what you should look at or what you can take from it. Or even just a video on some tips or tricks on how to analyze your data.
Actionwaffle the videos are great but very long and the perspective of a racer like Ryan would be great to learn how data actually translates into driving
Thanks Ryan! I always learn a lot from your videos. :) I definitely get in "the zone" in the middle of a race and will work on remembering the basics when the pressure is on.
Love your videos man! One other thing i look for when i watch videos for a new track is how does it race. where are most passes being done, where mistakes or passes that dont work cost you the most time and chances of getting freight trained.
My fastest time in homestead in homestead is 51.72 and I want to improve how do I improve my time I wanna hear from professional kart racers because the professional kart racers tell you exactly how to make the fastest time what can I do to improve my time Ryan Norberg does a new kart have better times you can improve your times with a new kart? Right it’s a new kart u have new tires and new brakes new chassis what could I do? And I have an old kart so that’s maybe because I’m going slow? And also I am 14 and I’m going to be going to senior class so what can I do
Great video. Easy to follow tips, and often things I would overlook. Keep up the good work. I always enjoy watching your analysis videos. Do you every think to analyse another top driver's video? Maybe something from WSK or Super 1 series?
Ryan Norberg Thanks for the response to bad in Australia the panel costs 400-600 dollars but some of my mates think the panel is only good in like KZ. And is a total waste of money but... it is becoming a trend down at the track.so it must be working in some way.
I won't lie I am so curious were you born with different colored eyes or was it somehow related to an injury? I only ask because go-karting can be a pretty crazy sport... Is that an eye transplant!? There I said it haha.
