Love number 5.... I play competitively and had a neighbor approach me just 2 days ago while I was practicing in my yard and said .... "hey, Im pretty good at bean toss, maybe we can have a match" I just laughed and threw a 4 bagger while he was watching. Im not cocky about cornhole because I get my clock cleaned by better people but there is a big differance in back yard corn filled bags and slide and stick bags.
Is the two finger “sack grab” really that frowned upon? It seems to go much straighter (“for a friend of mine”) and you can definitely control the height better.

Sorry but that’s not always true. I made my boards out of 1/2” plywood. I sanded the top to a smooth finish and left it that way. No stain. Not polyurethane. No paint. Our bags slide all the time. The bags slide off just like the painted boards. What is true about the boards (in my experiences) is the lighter the board the more the bag bounces if when not thrown at an elevated arch.
What if you have a bag already on the board, and when you throw your second bag, it hits the first bag into the hole. Do you add another 3 for that bag or just 2 because it was already on?
Omg i was so offended when he said that I literally had to scream into a pillow and took a 20 minuet nap in my specialized safe space room. I rely hope he apologizes for that and we can move on eventually but yea that really made me sad 😥
Dad Hut Bust rule is stupid in my opinion. I played a random guy at a park once who played this rule and i was at 20 and he was in low single digits. Unfortunately, i couldnt finish him off for about 30 extra mins because of this rule.
He says don’t call the game bean bag toss. It’s cornhole. Well young man I’m 73 years old and played this game before mom and dad were born I’m sure. I don’t know who decided to call it corn hole. But the name of this game has always been bean bag toss.
