I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your assistance in achieving a band score of 7 in writing. Despite being a content writer, my score was limited to 5.5 due to poor structuring. Initially aiming for a 6, I am thrilled to have exceeded expectations with a band score of 7. Your instructional videos proved exceptionally beneficial in this accomplishment.
Hello! Asiya! … I recently did my IELTS and got over all band 7 with only a week of preparation… Your videos helped me alot thank you so much … L8 R:6 W:7 S:7
@@mrunalininikale2455 Well i can’t really tell you which topics are set in IELTS since it’s never really certain but trust me on this, you have the potential to pass with an even better band score … Just prepare enough … IELTS isnt as hard as people claim … I had one week preparation and still passed … Wish you all the best

Thanks a lot for teaching how to write complex sentences. I have attending few of the classes here in India, but I could not get better understanding. Once again thanks a lot for sharing free lessons on IELTS.
Could you please explain why a clause that starts with “for” is treated as an independent clause, while one that starts with “because” is seen as a dependent clause? This seems curious to me since they both appear to serve the same purpose and lead into a clause that doesn’t form a complete thought on its own. Meaning: why "I went to bed early because I was tired" is a complex sentence? and "I went to bed early for I was tired" is a compound sentence?
Hi! I'm not sure I can answer why to be honest... Sentences with "but" are also compound, while sentences with "although" are complex :) You can see which sentences are considered compound here www.bristol.ac.uk/academic-language/media/BEAP/3.3/index.html Generally, don't get bogged down on this. Get a general understanding of how to punctuate and move on :)
One of the most compelling videos for those struggling to make sentence structure will get a brief idea about high-volume paraphrasing context. Thanks Asiya.
Are all the phrases and sentences in this video mentioned in "FasTrack IELTS Academic Writing Task 1"? and what are the difference between this course and "WORDS & PHRASES for IELTS Academic Writing Task 1" videos??
Hi asiya. Could you suggest a technique to limit our words in task 2 writing part. While writing, my hands become uncontrollable and as result i exceed the word limit. I till now attempted 4 task 2 questions and i exceeded 300 words in all of them. I realize that i exceeded the word limit only in hindsight. Should we keep counting the words after every paragraph so that we don't end up exceeding the word limit?
hello, I just have attended my ielts , in the writing part I didn't get much time for task 2 ... my bad ... in task 2, my starting and 1st paragraph were much informative and long, but 2nd paragraph was too short😔 just wrote On the other hand...then 1 long complex sentence😢 it was hard to finish but I wrote in line, just paraphrased why i disagree along with one reason. some words had repeated 😞 I am totally disappointed for what I did😞 what band it would carry(just task 2) ?
