They forget how long leftovers or prepared meals have been in the refrigerator too with severe memory loss. I've been noticing this recently now with my parents. They need a date and day of when it was cooked and when to eat by written on it to help keep them safe from food poisoning i think. It'll also help me to show them it's ok to throw it away and prove to them when it was put into the fridge and help them to easily let go of it hopefully?! 😅😅😅🤷♀️👍
