I just bought the T with Elmarit-TL 18mm for 850 euros complete set. I love it! A tone-down alternative to Ricoh GR III or even Fujifilm X100V. But the Jpeg or a very minimal edited DNG is on a different level. It just a different camera and a different feeling using a Leica. It is hard to explain. I just feel inspired. I still own a Fujifilm X-T1 with 2 lenses and a Lumix GX8 with 2 Leica DG Lenses but this Leica T is my ZEN camera within my set.

ZEN camera indeed! And you've got it for a great price. I'm still testing TL2 and it's really hard to explain what is so nice about using it :)

I love my CL so much. Matched with the voigtlander 40mm 1.4 everything that comes out of that setup is beautiful! I got mine a few months ago used, and I can only see the prices rising as it fills such a unique niche in leica's line up

@@PetrGardianTV Yeah it's actually perfect for me because it's just wide enough for everyday use, but can also do beautiful portraits, and the bokeh is super pretty and really unique! I've got other lenses but it's pretty much glued to my CL. Do you have an insta? I'll give you a follow

+1 for X-E3, I've been using mine since it came out, and it has the perfect combination of handling, image quality (Fuji colors!), and light weight; perfect for the climbing/mountaineering photography I usually do

I have cameras with more impressive specifications than the CL, but I like what the CL produces an find it a more enjoyable shooting experience. I just hope mine never dies because there are no other L-mount bodies that work for me.

Thanks for the video, good recommendations. I know you're not a Sony-fan, but a used Sony A7R iii with its 42 megapixel sensor is also a really excellent choice. There are 2 newer generations now, so this one is considered "old", but it has all the modern photo features and it has a really great sensor, also for today's standards. In good condition, they are now 1/3 of the new price which is a bargain for a camera with those features and that image output. This is the first generation of mirrorless cameras where Sony got it right, save for the menu system and the slightly smaller grip. Combined with a second hand 24-105 f4 G or 24-70mm GM version 1, which now flood the market with newer versions being brought out, gives an excellent all-round setup. You can even pair it with some nice manual focus Voigtlander E-mount glass, and have tons of photo fun with it. For video, the specs are a bit dated.

@@PetrGardianTV They are more workhorse cameras than passion cameras, but the output of all A7-models as from the 3rd generation is really good. Better stay away from the first 2 generations. And for 1/3 of the launch price, you get a heck of a camera with the A7Riii. Though I never shot with them, I was also thinking of the Nikon D750 and D850 as second hand cameras. Anyone who has shot with them seems to really love them, as the last great DLSR cameras before the shift to mirrorless. The pinnacle of DLSR tech, from the time when the fairly immature mirrorless tech was introduced.

@@Edwin-- Thanks, I'll see if the A7R3 will make it's way into my collection :) And yes, those DSLRs from Nikon are intriguing - I was also looking at Pentax K-1 as it is smaller. Maybe we will see a big shift back to DSLRs, who knows :)
