Today we're making vegan breakfast recipes together. Fluffy pancakes, chocolate chia pudding, scrambled eggs, nice cream & pear and apple muffins - there really is everything here! I hope you have lots of fun making them!

Recipes - quantities:
Pancakes:
2 bananas, ripe
250 g spelt flour
1 sachet baking powder
1 pinch of salt
50 g cane sugar
250 ml almond drink
Chocolate chia pudding:
60 g chia seeds
2 tbsp baking cocoa
300 ml almond milk
2 - 3 tbsp agave syrup
Scrambled tofu:
400 g natural tofu
1 onion
Olive oil for frying
Pepper, salt & paprika powder
8 tbsp unsweetened soy yogurt
chives
tomatoes
spinach
bread
Pear and banana muffins:
3 large bananas, very ripe
2 pears
120 ml oat milk
120 grams spelt flour
80 grams rolled oats soft
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Nicecream:
3 ripe bananas - frozen
150 ml almond milk (or other plant-based drink)
