I'm starting today. I am 5'10 and can touch rim on a really good jump. I want to see how far I can get. I'll come back every week! Week 1: I am getting pretty good explosive starts. I can hit the rim a few times now before I get tired. I am seeing a lot more of my mistake than before as well!
I’m 5’5” with a standing reach of 7’1”and yesterday, I was doing practice stand still jump before playing and where I live, there’s a 9’2” hoop and I dunked on that hoop with a no step jump. This video helps a lot.
I'm a huge basketball fan. I play a little, but have never played on a team. I am homeschooled narrowing my options even more ive done a basketball camp and was on a team for like two days but i dont count that. im a little bit bigger then average and have growing time but im trying to get better at jumping. I already am a good jumper but havent been able to dunk. Thank you so much for the advice
I was 14 when I dunked for the first time and it's always been easy to do without warmups over the years....now I'm 40 and trying get some hops back so I can do more than just basic tomahawks 😂
I used to play Basketball in high school... i left it because of an injury. Now i am 44 and my injury is almost away from me. I just bought a ball again. let´s start playing again with thecnique! thanks to this channel!
