guys I found the strongest way to lucid dream I did give up before and I wake up wright away not even a second of lucid dreaming if you have a celebrity that you really like and he/she told his/her journey of trying to lucid dream without even advice you will lucid dream I don't have a habit or any thing no reality checks no techniques I even got scared of how the dream lasted long and vivid I didn't have any success before now I came back because I really saw its awesome from today
I always sleep in socks, and sometimes I wake up without one of them. And it's so uncomfortable and unusual (as you said) feeling, that I can't sleep further without finding that damn sock in my bed and putting it back. I'll try to use this in my favor now. Thank you!
I can definitely confirm that the tips that incorporate the "unusual" sleeping environment changes do work. While I haven't personally slept with just one sock or one glove on, smell has impacted my sleep. A few weeks ago, one of my dogs was sprayed by a skunk and that night I had a lucid. Of course I wouldn't recommend the smell of burning rubber to anyone trying to fall asleep, but it was just unusual enough to trigger something in my brain for lighter sleep. I can also say that changing where you sleep can have an impact as well - I slept in a different room for a few hours the other day and had a good quality lucid. Alongside this, I can also say that not focusing on lucid dreaming can actually bring them! I've had moments in my lucid dreaming journey where I felt like giving up and would instantly stop all my practices, only for a lucid to spring up either that night or the next. It's fascinating to know the reason behind why this occurs! Great video for both beginners and those with experience in the topic! I also really like the editing of the video!
Thanks for the video. I‘ve taken a little break from trying to lucid dream actively due to school. Amazingly, a few weeks ago I had one anyway. Now, during spring break, I want to retake my training. Definitely going to try some of this!
@@bigantdud3499 In this particular case it was relieving because I was kind of having a nightmare 😅. Realising I was only dreaming calmed me, but rather than using the opportunity I sadly decided to finish that weird dream 🥹. But I had other experiences which where clearer. It feels quite … special. You know everything around you is fake and you are quite excited because of it and because you maybe aren’t sure what to expect. And you notice the scene shifting. But you can also control it, at least, if you had an idea what you wanted to do before your dream. The best experience I had was flying from a window into a pool and up to the stars. I loved it 😍.
That little bonus tip, yeah, uhm.. what about White noise? i use an White Noise app to block out the loud neighbours noise in order to fall asleep so thats on my cellphone. i cant fall asleep anymore without White noise because of anxiety for loud noises (neighbours and oversensitive to background noise due to beeing now used to white noise for almost everything in order to focus) The one downside of the app is adds that sometimes pop up but overal i'm happy i can have a restfull sleep again. Ps : i think i will try Ginger tea into my daily routine, if there is a chance that my dreams are more vivid thats already a win. if i get Lucid and i wrote down i drank gingertea i know its a good idea to keep drink it, besides, its very healthy. Stay Lucid. great video as always.
I had no idea about the effects of ginger. I will definitely try it Also, on an unrelated note, when I have completed my handbook, may I sent it to you via email? You have been a great inspiration and influence on my views of lucid dreaming and my approach to lucidity, and I would appreciate your critique on my humble little handbook Edit: spelling
Wow, these tips are massively inspiring! Mostly new to me, even despite that I watched many of your previous videos and am reading your book. I‘ll try them all in the next nights. Interestingly it‘s allready a habit of mine to drink water during the night, but its very interesting, that the chances are good to awake during REM with this, so that possibly could lead to its effectiveness
Hi sir, I have bilateral tinnitus which as U could imagine is a godsend when trying to lucid dream, being aware when asleep, being paralysed, experiencing one's trying to make sense of it all
Hmm. I really should go back to drinking (non-alcoholic) ginger shots more often. They're just so tedious to make, what with peeling the ginger root and straining the liquid and so on… And the liquid doesn't keep well, so you have to prepare it relatively fresh. But they should theoretically be little lucidity boosters. Hey, maybe I could freeze them in ice cube trays! Worth a try.
@@LucidDreamPortal well and you with the flu sir? I seem to have had a bit of a break with lucid dreaming but not anymore, I couldn't do a nosepitch test. and I had one last night which is not normal in terms of sleep science? I just slept normally as always in half an hour? I'm sure, I looked at the clock and after the dream it was half an hour later. I hadn't slept at all before then the lucid dream was also very strange and "didn't make sense" and very lucid mind I can send an email about it today if you have time and I will see your response
My brain had proved me that tip 3 sometimes really works! xD Some time ago, I was having a dry spell for about 2 months, no lucid dreams, poor ream recall, so I decided to stop trying for a while and pick the practice up again with a more fresh mindset. A week after dropping my practices, I had a spontaneous lucid dream! Surprised me greatly, I wasn't prepared for that to happen, so I didn't have a dream goal to achieve. But as I was standing there in my dream flat, I've just decided to try and teleport away. I looked up at the ceiling and started spinning. Before long, the ceiling was replaced by tree branches and I was standing in a forest. Unfortunately, there were also some people standing nearby that started talking to me. As they kept talking, I've become too invested in what they were saying and lost lucidity. But it was a really fun experience nonetheless!
i decided to just sleep without any lucid dreaming stuff last night and i had my second lucid dream. it was really short, but couldve been longer if i remembered to test reality when i woke up, because i didnt actually wake up. i was still dreaming
Lucid dreamers, I recently had a dream and in it I saw and observed the images of the dream from afar. I haven't had my first lucid dream yet, but could this be an indicator that I'm close to gaining dream lucidity?
Hey Daniel, I am thinking of buying your mentorship to learn your “logical thinking” method. I just have a few questions… Is it a difficult/advanced technique to do? How long does it take to learn this technique? Do you have to wake up in the middle of the night to do this technique? How consistent is this technique? Sorry about all of the questions just extremely curious. It took me 103 days straight of dream journaling for me to have an 8 second lucid dream and haven’t gotten any LDs since. I’ve tried MILD with nothing and had a few moments with WILD where I made it to a false awakening or reached sleep paralysis. Thanks! 👍
Hi RedditSpreddit! I can see you decided to go ahead with membership, so thank you for your support! The logical thinking approach is less of a specific technique and more of a core philosophy to how I teach lucid dreaming. To be frank, I'd say it's by far the most direct and enduring approach to learning this subject. You'll find that the 19 day lucid dreaming course gives you the foundations to fully understand the other videos here on the channel. But all my content stems from this way of thinking. Getting up in the night is not necessary, and is really just one of the many options available to increase chances.
Thanks for the video, I’ll try some of these out! Also I have another question for you: is it good to think “with the practices I’m doing, I will have a very good chance of a lucid dream tonight!” Or is that not good?
2:25. For anyone wondering yes it did work for me. I was really tired but my dummy brain drank coffe before sleep. So i was like i dont wanna lucid dream i just wanna sleep. And that same day i had a lucid dream
What happened to that 8 hour long video where you would talk and then it was music until rem sleep and you would wake me up guiding me through a lucid dream method, it was the only way I could lucid dream and I can’t find it anywhere
Luise: A large demon beast was flirting with me in our dream this morning. I want to go back... I wish I could continue that dream.. 😅 We struggle to fall back asleep or with morning naps, unfortunately.
There was a video about you being interviewed by someone about lucid dreaming, something like a podcast. It might've been last year or the previous one. Could you help me find it, because I remember it was quite informative.
I miss your guided Reality Check. It's now behind the members only paywall innit? I get it, you need to eat, Pay the bills and such. I'll get through the paywall, but I think you should produce a similar video for new Lucid dreamers that are just now finding your channel.
Hi its easy for me to have a lucid dream in nightmares somehow my brain knows it is not real and its a dream but its been too long that i had a nightmare is there anyway for me to get a nightmare?
I have a question Daniel . When I going to bed if I tell myself I am going to wake up in 6 am it really happens without any alarm or technique. Do you see any student like me? And how I use it for lucid dreams?
Hey man nice video again. I have a problem i am very addicted to weed and i have noticed that i cant remember my dreams when i smoke weed bcs of not entering REM i think because when i stopped smoking for a few weeks 4 years ago i had my first lucid dream and could remember each dream vividly is there any way to fix this problem without stopping weed? Greetings
@@LucidDreamPortal good news! Im busy stopping with smoking weed and im now 3 days of and i immediatly begin to remember my dreams they are still really blurry but the last time i stopped smoking after a week my dreams got more vividly then ever and instantly got lucid because of knowing that im busy with stopping and remembering my dreams that also was my first lucid dream ever from that moment i had multiple lucid dreams each night without even doing any techniques only during the day asking myself if im dreaming and performing reality tests but when i started smoking weed again i couldnt remember my dreams anymore but now im making a new start!😃
This is my 50th night of trying i think my issue is i am really bad at the dream journaling i keep forgetting to write my dreams down do i write i forgot because it had already been several hours since i woke up or when i do write it down i only get like 5 words in about the dream
@kaiden528 if he is 47 and he is lucid dreaming for over 40 years, he must be lucid dreaming since he was a baby. That's awesome and cool at the same time, I think he is a natural lucid dreamer
You're saying "ginger tea before bed or during a wakeful period in the middle of the night" but it's not a great idea since caffeine is going to do the opposite of putting you in a sleep state.
